Generally speaking
- Setup Information Sheet in Reachout Wizard – this is probably just a one time step that is needed, of course if the information sheet is re-designed then this step will need to be revisited
- Create Person in Reachout Wizard for each information page that is given from a particular show
- Send Messages as needed after each show
