Information Sheet Setup

The steps below are for the Reachout Wizard interface using the actual information sheet as a guide.

  1. (recommended) Create a list entry, of type List, to have the information of where the contact was first made or what show/festival they gave their information at.

    Once this item is created, each time a new show/festival or method of making a new contact is made you will want to add an option to the list of choices within this “List”. Note – As the list is edited
  2. Create an entry for each checkbox on your information sheet. The type will be “Boolean”, the value is true if it is present.
